Reginald Alston, 51, was arrested Friday, May 4, on a bench warrant for third-degree assault, said Town of Lloyd Police Lt. James Janso.
Alston was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $500 cash bail or $2,000 insurance bond, he said.
He is due to appear in court on Thursday.
